Blog Post: LISTA: Developing Latino Leadership in 2008
posted Saturday, October 25, 2008 3:00 AM
Leadership is a lifelong learning endeavor that requires following your dreams and making them come true. It involves "giving" to help others. It includes: coaching, directing, delegating and collaborating with others for a productive outcome. A leader must have a real passion for people and is willing to advocate for the cause of a vision. The future of our community is to develop the next generation of leaders to pass the torch too. LISTA is hosting this panel discussion at its Technology Summit on Thursday, October 30th. This panel will have a blend of some of today's most dynamic who will share what skills must be developed to be a leader in any industry.
Moderator: Cid Wilson, NCLR Board of Director.
