Can anyone relate? Based on the number of emails I receive from job seekers pleading for my assistance I have to imagine many of you can. It's so easy for me to tell you to stay positive, keep applying....I understand it is tough and there are bills to pay. Yes it is a tough market, but no matter what if you are a qualified job seeker and are effectively marketing yourself and going above and beyond in your job search you will be employed again.

December is here! Now is the best time to fill up your “pipeline” for January’s hot hiring time. And don’t let anyone tell you that January will be “dead” this year. I’ve spoken with numerous employers and, while some are reducing in size, others are planning to add staff. Those of you who have done your homework will prevail.

Stay positive.....stay focused.....IT WILL GET BETTER!
