Blog Post: The War For/On Talent is Still Ahead!

I just finished reading a great article on ERE called:Workforce Planning to Enable Explosive Out-of-the-Box Growth. While it is challenging to think about fighting for candidates again as today there are so many great candidates doing everything they can to get back into the workforce, I do agree with the article as the topic for workforce planning is most definitely a hot and relevant one. The economy, as we all know, is cyclical so a turn is inevitable. When will it happen exactly? We do not know, but we do know it will happen. I saw an interesting ad at a bus stop yesterday saying something to the effect of:"The great part of every recession is that it ends." This made me smile and of course think about the end which is really going to be a beautiful beginning to a new chapter in our economy, in our world. The reality is that workforce planning is critical. In the article it shares that this is often being referred to as "explode out of the box" turnaround plan. Definitely looking forward to this!
