ICU - Clin Manager, ICU

The Memorial Hospital Pembroke ICU/CCU is an adult inpatient nursing unit that houses 12 patient beds on each side of the unit totaling 24 patient beds. The Critical Care team is comprised of RN's and Unit Secretaries and operates under the direction of the Nurse Manager or Clinical Manager.

Under direction of the Nurse Manager or Administrative Supervisor, assumes responsibility for managing a designated shift in the department to assure quality patient care.

Skills / Requirements

Current FL RN License, BLS, ACLS and PALS required. A minimum of one year Charge Nurse experience in a critical care unit required. Assistant Nurse Manager or Clinical Manager experience preferred. Excellent communication, computer and customer service skills required.
