Clinical Pharmacist, Pharmacy.

Provides, monitors and coordinates the Pharmacy's clinical services. Provides direct patient care upon physician request or consultation to individualize drug regimens for adult and geriatric patient populations, demonstrating competency based upon the area(s) of assignment. Provides drug distributive functions as needed or assigned. Performs mediation usage evaluation (MUE) studies with the goal of making a positive impact on patient care as well as assisting improved patient outcomes, and in containing costs where possible.

Skills / Requirements

FL Pharmacy license required and 2-3 years clinical experience in a hospital setting.
