Instructor Jobs

If you're a qualified professional with expertise, qualifying credentials and a passion for teaching, consider working as a full-time member of the Miami Dade College faculty. Candidates for these positions must have a master's degree in their professional field and related professional experience on the subject matter they are interested in teaching.

Adjunct Faculty Jobs

Many of the faculty members at Miami Dade College are professionals looking to give back to their community by helping to educate others interested in their profession. Adjunct faculty members are part-time instructors who typically teach courses on campus; or through our online courses; as a supplement to their full-time professional career. If you have a master's degree and some related work experience you may be qualified to share expertise and your insight as an adjunct member of our faculty. Whether you have experience in accounting, hospitality, human resources, or nursing, your skills, knowledge and experience are valuable to students at the college.

It takes more than educators to help Miami Dade College run smoothly. Each year MDC hires thousands of individuals for full and part-time job opportunities in administration, staff and support positions that contribute to the fundamental academic mission of the College. As an employee of MDC, you have the ability to affect students lives by contributing to the College outside of the classroom, and ensuring the success of the students we serve.

Individuals who join us in non-instructional positions are encouraged to take advantage of our Educational Incentive Program to help continue their education so that they may learn and grow in new directions within the College and within their professional careers.
