Front Desk Agents perform a variety of guest service activities in a professional, efficient and friendly manner with the demands of a fast-paced environment. Register guests, assign rooms, settle guest accounts and coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests and satisfaction.
Skills / Requirements
Minimum one year experience in a comparable property or other customer service related experience. Exceptional communication skills both verbal and oral. The ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays and the ability to stand for long periods of time. The ability to multi-task and attention to detail required.
