SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (B2B):

We are a South Florida distributor of outdoor sporting goods; including firearms, ammunition, shooting accessories, knives, police equipment and related products that is well established both nationally and internationally. We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our domestic sales team which covers United States, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. We are a sales focused organization in need of confident, self-motivated people.

Responsibilities:

Prospecting and developing new accounts

Managing existing dealer accounts in an inbound and outbound call environment

Establish long term, loyal customer relationships

Increase sales volume and handle customer service issues

Present key products and benefits while focusing on customer needs and expectations

Convey the benefits of doing business with our company and ensure an excellent customer experience

Qualification Requirements:

Sales or customer service experience (preferred business to business sales).

Experience and/or knowledge of retail sales (main customer base is retail)

Excellent telephone and customer service skills

Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

A working knowledge of firearms is preferred.

Knowledge of major industry brands preferred.

Must pass a criminal background check.

Compensation:

Competitive Bi-weekly Base Salary plus Monthly Commission, which is based on an escalating margin tier. Annual bonus possible for over performers.
