VITAS Innovative Hospice Care has an opportunity for a Benefit Manager to work from its corporate headquarters in downtown Miami.
The Benefit Manager is responsible for managing employee benefit plans such as health, welfare and 401(k). Responsibilities include 401(k)administration, hardship withdrawal, regulatory compliance filing, and coordinating health and wellness programs. Skills / Requirements
Qualified candidates must have a minimum of seven to ten years prior experience in benefit plan administration, experience in a large multi-site and multi-state organization and experience making presentatons to upper management.
