Job: Prep Cook/Line Cook

Prep Cook prepares cold food items, Line Cook prepares hot food items for daily service and special functions

Requisitions supplies as needed for menu item preparation

Maintains a clean work station to follow established santitation standards

Performs other cleaning duties as needed

Sets up and organizes daily station

Maintains a professional appearance and manner

Must have culinary experience; country club experienece preferred

Culinary degree a plus

Candidates must be member service oriented, and a team player with a willingness to learn

Ability to communicate and follow instruction in English is required

Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends & holidays
