Job: Call Center Manager

Job responsibilities:

· Communicate and implement company work rules, performance standards, and departmental operating policies, consistent with standards of accrediting and regulatory agencies

· Directly supervise line employees including scheduling, time management, and performance monitoring

· Coordinate employee schedules

· Participate in the development of department incentive program

· Maintain scheduling flexibility to ensure supervisory/management availability for all hours of operation

· Assist in the creation and achievement of new employee orientation, training, monitoring, and performance platform

· Update and maintain daily sales production and administrative reporting

· Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Senior Management

Minimum requirements:

· Degree from four-year college or university, or two or more years of supervisory/managerial experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience

· Strong interpersonal relation skills

· Proficiency with various Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint

· Call Center experience

· Planning, organization, and execution skills

· Strong ability to utilize good written and oral communication with all parties

· Must be extremely detail-oriented and efficiently multi-task
