Job: Sales Coordinator

SUMMARY

The Sales Coordinator will provide administrative support to the sales team as well as become the liaison between the sales representatives, the clients, and the park operations staff. The Sales Coordinator must be a goal orientated individual who is proficient with using Excel (formatting, functions), Word (composing letters and correspondence), and Outlook. Has the ability to prioritize, is results-oriented, outgoing, has excellent customer relations skills and is thorough.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Answer phone calls and messages
• Reply to all the Sales Dept. emails
• Responsible of having all the Birthdays’/field trips’ paperwork ready, prepared and turned into the appropriate departments before any event. This would include confirmation with the teachers/contact person, reassurance of the operations when group arrives to the park and answering any questions they might have.
• Main liaison between the sales department and the park. For example, if the park needs help bringing in the field trips or if there are any problems/issues you must be available for assistance.
• Keep a daily log of all inbound sales
• The sales coordinator is also the main connection between all the representatives and should help them out if necessary and keep them informed of any new information.
• Support the sales & marketing department in general, for example compiling database, mailers, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Excellent administrative skills.
• Organizational skills and detail oriented
• Bilingual is preferred.
