O/P REHAB - Reg PT SR, Outpatient Rehabilitation. Evaluate, plan and implement specific treatment programs for assigned patients according to physical therapy standards of practice in collaboration with the rehabilitation team. The registered physical therapist is responsible for providing care and growth and development of the neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patient.

Must have current FL PT license and BLS certification. Previous experience required.
