Jobing Description
Fort Lauderdale company seeking a person who will respond to phone calls directed to the customer service department. You will be responsible for providing information, quotes on services, resolving questions on invoices and billing disputes. Sales side duties will include outbound calling to prospects from a lead list and current clients to up sell product and services. Responsible for client record updates and contact details. Information will be entered into client's own database program. Additionally you will assist with marketing projects and or department related activities.
Skills / Requirements
Must have 3 years experience in a call center environment
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test Excellent computer skills Good typing/Data entry skills Ability to multi-task Excellent phone etiquette Reliable and able to interact with all levels of staff and management Able to work with minimal supervision Must have excellent organizational and communication skills TransHire Preview
