We are currently seeking Servers!

Responsibilities include:
• Ensures that the customer receives a superior product or service. Listens attentively and responds effectively to customer complaints.
• Provides an extraordinary hospitality experience for all our guests.
• Warm, smiling & friendly demeanor, engaging conversationalist.
• Remember and recognize repeat guests.
• Ensures fast and efficient service to all guests both in and out of assigned station.
• Up-sells brand name liquors, foods and wines.
• Proficient knowledge of all menus, specials, wine list, beers and beverages.
• Promotes a professional, helpful and courteous work environment
• Is team-oriented and works collaboratively to achieve team goals.
• Presents a professional, positive image that reflects well on the organization.

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
* 3 years of serving experience
• All beverages and foods are accounted for using the P.O.S. system.
• Collect payment for all beverages and food served
* Bilingual (English - Spanish)
