Job: Home Care Coordinator

Home Care Coordinator, RN, Aventura

The Home Care Coordinator oversees all home health services for Classic Residence by Hyatt at our Aventura location.

This candidate must have the following requirements:

Graduation from a School of Nursing for Registered Nurses.
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state where practicing.
Minimum 2 years experience working with the geriatric population, preferred.
Knowledge of clinical nursing, including restorative and practical nursing skills and standards, infection control methods.
Experience with Medicare home health, preferred.
Has a working knowledge of home care regulations.
Marketing experience, preferred.
Basic computer skills, required.
Strong managerial skills, required.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
