Job: Inspector Aircraft

Verify compliance with Customer Purchase Order Requirement and list on the FAA Form 8130-3.
Examine assembly, installation, of nuts, pins and spacers to ensure that workmanship and materials conform to Civil Air Regulations, company specifications, and Engine manual procedures.

Employ flashlight, bore scope, and mirror to inspect parts.

Enter Information and repairs in the company software.
Determine accuracy of installation of components, using micrometers, calipers, and gauge to ensure that specified tolerances are met.

High School diploma, GED or technical school; or eighteen months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
FAA, A & P License or FAA issued Repairman Certificate.
Intermediate Level – Basic Computer knowledge.
