Role: Medicaid Representative
Assignment: Medicaid Outreach
Location: Miramar, FL

Assignment Summary:

The Medicaid Representative will

Work with community schools, cities, churches, health fairs, and neighborhood organizations to promote healthy behavior
Provide information regarding Humana Family, our Medicaid line of business
Seek out new community partners and maintain relationships with existing partners regarding Medicaid products and services.
Work with providers to uncover challenges and report back to management for resolution
Monitor competitor activity
Visit providers to ensure they understand benefit changes
Conduct education and satisfaction research
Attend back to school events promoting "Humana Family", our Medicaid line of business
Occasionally assist with making welcome calls to new members
Occasionally assist with making first office appointments with doctors

Role Essentials:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Valid Driver License
Reliable Vehicle with Proper Insurance
Strong Communication Skills (verbal and written)
Strong Relationship Building Skills
Computer proficiency including MS Excel and Word

Role Desirables:
Knowledge of Medicaid products and practices
Associate's orBachelor's Degree
Bilingual is a plus
