Jobing Description
1. Answers phone
2. Maintains files for the agency
3. Does all necessary copying and all necessary filing
4. Enters new patients and professionals into the computer
5. Files timeslips and related paperwork in appropriate files

7. Is self-reliant and plans appropriately
8. Maintains confidentiality of all office and record information
9. Follows instructions, is punctual and attendance is acceptable.
Skills / Requirements
1. High School Diploma or GED equivalent
2. Ability to handle heavy phone work
3. Computer literate; accurate typing
4. Bilingual - English/Spanish
