PATIENT CARE ASSOCIATE- 3 CENTRAL JOE DIMAGGIO CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL

** INTERNAL CANDIDATES ONLY**

Under the direction of the Nurse Manager, or designee, the Patient Care Associate maintains the cleanliness of the nursing unit including patient rooms and bathrooms, hallways and nursing station. Transport patient, equipment, supplies and specimens within the nursing unit and to other departments as requested.

Skills / Requirements

High School Diploma or GED and current BLS required; CNA with EKG and phlebotomy certifications or PCT certification, or Medical assistant with EKG and Phlebotomy certifications a must.
