Assignment CapsuleSeeking a dynamic individual with solid people skills to lead a Team within Pharmacy. Interested in driven associate with proven track record that works well in matrixed environment. In addition to role essentials, internal and external business relationships will be key to success.

Design and manage the execution of departmental plans and objectives to ensure efficient and effective business processes. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance the contributions, competencies, and performance of associates.

Skills / Requirements

Role Essentials

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required
  
• Clear and active pharmacist license in the state of Florida
  
• 3-5 Years Managed Care experience.
  
• Working understanding of e-Pharmacy landscape and its influential partners.
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.
  
• Ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to senior leaders of Humana.

Role Desirables

• MBA
  
• 3-5 Years Pharmacy Benefit Management experience.

Reporting Relationship
This person will have 4 direct reports and will report to the Medical Regional Director.
