JOB SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:

Able to prioritize care for multiple patients, accountable for the assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation of the adult and geriatric patients. Demonstrating the ability to work with patients growth, develop, psycho social needs specific to each population being served, and meets standards as measured by the PI process. Under the direction of the nurse manager or her designee, the RN supervises N.T.'s, PAL'S, and US's. Assumes delegated team leader and/or resource nurse responsibilities as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENT - CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE
Current BLS - Current Florida Registered Nurse license (Required)
POSITION REQUIREMENTS - EDUCATION/TRAINING/SKILLS
High School Diploma (Required)
Associate degree (Required)
EXPERIENCE TRAINING:
Completion from accredited nursing school required.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
Medical terminology required. Standard precautions required. Basic aseptic technique required.
