Assignment Capsule As a Wellness Education Developer you will have the opportunity to outreach to our members with the specific needed wellness information/education in all CPHP territory that involve coordination with CPHP departments (Customer Services, HSO, Pharmacy, Social Services, Quality, MRA, etc.) and analyze their data to identify members health trends and outreach for internal or external resources to design or develop health educational events.
Key Competencies
Design, develop and implement plans to involve community/members in wellness events to reduce health risks that are data driven that support and enhance CPHP business plans
Identify internal or external health services that will be used during events
Manage and prioritize multiple events and projects at any given time
Build and retain an effective partnership with community programs or resources ad providers such as hospitals, physicians and associations by encouraging and supporting participation in wellness programs
Develop workflows and mapping out content
Keep interdepartmental leaders aware of health and wellness activities by conducting presentation periodically
Skills / Requirements
Role Essentials
Bachelor's Degree in business or related field
3-5 years proven industry experience designing, implementing and managing health and/or other promotion initiatives.
Strong organization skills and ability to multitask
Excellent communications skills Bilingual English/Spanish(both oral and written)
Proven ability to gather, manipulate and analyze data from multiple sources to find workable solutions to process related issues.
Strong skills Power Point & Visio
Public speaking, Presenting skills
Role Desirables
Experience in Marketing, Education or Sales
Prior experience in the health industry
