    American Cruise Lines has an immediate opening for a Recruiter and Administrative Assistant. American Cruise Lines is growing rapidly and seeking to hire additional personnel in all departments. Based at our Fort Lauderdale, FL office this is a fantastic opportunity to join the leader in the luxury small ship cruising industry.

    The ideal Assistant is motivated, organized, works well under pressure and thrives on meeting deadlines. You will enjoy greeting prospective candidates and guiding them though the interview process while also conducting interviews.

    Responsibilities

    • Utilize and maintain information in Excel and Applicant Tracking System (ICIMS)
    • Call and process applicants
    • Complete reference checks
    • Recruit, pre-screen, schedule interviews, interview and greet candidates
    • Complete the onboarding process of new hires

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Engaging personality
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency
