The Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter's goal is to find the best Senior Level Talent and persuade them to join the world’s leading small ship cruise line, American Cruise Lines. The ideal Executive Recruiter is highly-motivated, works well under pressure and thrives on meeting deadlines while delivering qualified candidates to hiring managers.
You’ll prepare compelling job descriptions and recruiting campaigns, leveraging technology to optimize results from job boards and social media to engage active and passive job seekers and encourage them to join our award winning team. This position works closely with senior management to develop recruiting strategies to further the Company’s growth strategy.
- Develop full cycle recruiting campaigns
- Utilize and maintain information in Applicant Tracking System (ICIMS)
- Leverage online recruiting techniques and tools
- Write compelling job postings to attract top quality talent
- Recruit, pre-screen, schedule interviews, interview and make hiring recommendations
- Bachelor’s degree, plus 5 years of relevant experience
- Engaging and persuasive personality
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Understand the use of search algorithms, organic search results, adwords and pay per click advertising
- Familiarity with employment laws, policies and trends
- Experience with high volume recruiting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency
- Pre-employment drug test
