As the Property Manager of AMLI Toscana Place, you will be in charge of the operational and financial aspects of a 500 unit Class A mid-rise apartment community. You will be responsible for facilitating the optimum performance of the property in areas such as human resources, marketing, leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, revenue enhancement, capital improvements, information reporting and compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.
- Bonuses/Incentive Plan
- 2 week's vacation; additional week at 3 years and up. Plus sick, personal days and holiday pay.

- High School diploma, or general education degree (GED) required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- External candidates- minimum 3 years' experience as a Property Manager in the multifamily industry.
- Class A property management experience preferred.
