Job Description

  • Working with outside property management firms and on-site sales/leasing teams to achieve traffic and leasing projections for all TOD properties
  • Developing marketing strategies, activations and programs that meet sales goals while also aligning with the larger brand identity.
  • Creating and achieving metrics-based projections for traffic and leasing requirements
  • Create, implement and manage local/regional marketing campaigns (B2C and B2B/Agents) driving lead gen required to support the organization's sales and revenue goals
  • Authoring and executing on the marketing and messaging briefs for all TOD properties/segments/audiences
  • Aligning with brand teams on creative approvals and content strategy
  • Vendor/Agency coordination and management
  • Building consensus and cooperation across multiple departments
  • Reviewing current product pricing and performance for each TOD property
  • Managing creation of branding elements, positioning studies and sales collateral
  • Hire, train, manage and inspire team of marketing professionals
  • Reporting to internal stakeholders on variance vs projections
  • Activate retail spaces for a variety of tentpole and seasonal events in coordination with the larger brand marketing plan
  • Forecasting revenue and sales goals to meet both short and long term objectives

IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS PROVEN SUCCESS LEADING ALL MARKETING EFFORTS AT SUCCESSFUL, LARGE (1000 UNITS) MULTI-FAMILY/MIXED USE DEVELOPMENTS

  • MINIMUM 10 years relevant work experience in multi-family marketing (TOD and mixed use experience a major )
  • Comfortable with accountability for P&L metrics and revenue
  • Experience with best practices marketing campaigns for multi-family and mixed- use developments, including: ILS, digital, agent/broker outreach, social media, marketing automation platforms, digital targeting and business intelligence tools
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with sales counterparts
  • Be able to communicate clearly, concisely and accurately, orally and in writing
  • Strong organizational skills and follow through
  • Multitasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in timely manner
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
