Document Tracking Clerk

Revival Home Health Care is actively looking to hire Document Tracking Clerks to work for our Certified Home Health Agency. 


  • Tracks unsigned MD orders that affect billing, using a computer spreadsheet.
  • Communicates with professional staff and follows up regarding MD orders.
  • Verifies and enters MD information not found in the system
  • Needs to be comfortable using the computer and telephone
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
