    Responsibilities

    We are looking for a detail oriented Night Auditor to join TEAM BLEAU! The duties of this role are performed overnight. You will be responsible to post and balance all daily charges for the hotel in a timely and efficient manner.
    Examples of Duties, includes but is not limited to the following:
    1. Post and balance all hotel work for each day.
    2. Prepare restaurant audits to breakdown and balance data.
    3. Verify accuracy of data, calculations, postings, and transactions recorded.
    4. Generate audit reports accurately in accordance with standard procedures.
    5. Thoroughly document audit procedures to support work performed and results obtained.
    6. Perform other related duties as assigned.    

    Qualifications

    • Computer literate.
    • Good writing, analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Knowledge of priciples and practices of organization, planning, records management, and general administration.
    • Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff.
    • High school education or equivalent.
    • Basic auditing experience preferred.
